David P. Berry MD
Dr. Berry earned his BA from the College of Wooster, then went on to complete his medical degree in 1975 from Tulane University Medical School. After two years of general surgery residency at the University of California, Davis, he completed his urology residency training at Tulane as well. He went on to further training there, completing a urologic oncology fellowship in 1979. Dr. Berry is board certified by the American Board of Urology, and has held numerous leadership roles in the medical community. At present he is acting president and co-founder of the Western Physicians Alliance, IPA, and is the acting president of Urology Nevada.
Dr. Berry’s clinical interests are wide and varied, drawing on his extensive clinical career, which began in Reno in 1981. He is married to Judge Janet Berry, and they have a grown son and daughter. In his free time Dr. Berry enjoys music, reading, golf, cycling, SCUBA diving, and traveling.

Dr. McCormack earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Princeton University, and his medical degree at Stanford University in 2001. Following, he completed his urologic residency at Stanford, where his training included laparascopic renal surgery, robot assisted laparascopic techniques using the da Vinci® Surgical System, and other minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of a wide array of urologic disease. Dr. McCormack is board certified by the American Board of Urology, and is a member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons. His previous research interests focused on male factor infertility, and his work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences.
He moved to Reno in 2007 with his wife and two children, where he has continued to participate in triathlons, open water swimming, and youth sports coaching.

Bruce J. Wallace MD
Dr. Wallace has been practicing urology in Reno since the completion of his urology training at the University of Washington. He performed his general surgery internship and residency at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis after graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1968. Dr. Wallace is board certified by the American Board of Urology, and is a member of numerous other local and national professional organizations. His practice interests include the wide array of general adult and pediatric urologic diseases.
He is a third generation native Nevadan having enjoyed practicing in Reno for 32 years. He and his wife Trudy have been married 36 years, they raised three children, and have recently welcomed their first grandchild.
