Meet our management team:

Stephen Gabelich —
COO of Urology Nevada

Stephen Gabelich is COO of Urology Nevada, Reno’s largest Urology Group. Prior to this role he was CEO of Marshal Medical Group, Placerville’s largest multi-specialty group, CEO of Medical Vision Technology, Sacramento Valleys, largest Ophthalmology group and COO of CalWest Consulting and Global Solutions both business application development companies.

With professional and family support he contributes back to the communities he serves by managing associations, sponsoring events, sitting on committees and boards. He holds a B.S. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA and an M.B.A. from U.C. Davis.

His wife Debbie, son Alex and daughter Addison all know what it means to give their time for the benefit of others, demonstrated by leading nonprofits and countless volunteer hours.

Angie Hansen —
Care Center Damonte Ranch Manager

Angie began in the medical field working for a general physician and then ventured into surgery scheduling, first for a surgery center and then for nine general and vascular surgeons. Since coming on-board with Urology Nevada, Angie has worn the hats of receptionist, billing, surgery scheduling, and finally office manager for our Damonte Ranch Care Center.

She strongly believes that in her years of employment in the medical field, being here at Urology Nevada has been the best decision she has made, saying that the physicians have a great compassion and truly care for their patients.

Angie is a mother of 2 wonderful sons. They enjoy going to the movies, outside activities, BBQ’S and spending time with our family and friends.

Bruno Carlini —
Care Center Damonte Ranch/Radiation Oncology Manager

Bruno Carlini has been in Radiation Oncology for almost 26 years. He completed his training at the University of Southern California in 1992. During this long career, Bruno has worked both in both hospital and freestanding center settings as a staff therapist, locum tenen, and manager. As Cancer Center Manager, Bruno’s role is to make sure that all aspects of the Radiation Therapy department function properly and that all quality standards are met.

Bruno is happily married and has two wonderful children. In his free time, Bruno is a musician who plays drums for his Church on Sundays and also enjoys skiing and hiking.

Tiffney Hinkle —
Billing Office Manager

Tiffney has had many different administrative roles since starting in the medical field over 10 years ago. After working for a large disease management company, she decided a smaller more personalized practice was where she belonged. She was drawn to Urology Nevada for the standards of care and compassion the providers show for their patients and local community.

Before becoming the Billing Office Manager, Tiffney started her career at Urology Nevada as a Billing Specialist and then a Certified Professional Coder. She believes these roles have given her the knowledge to appreciate the patient’s needs and concerns and the tools to stay update-to-date with the ever changing healthcare industry.

Diane Peters MBA, SPHR, SCP —
Human Resources Manager

Diane Peters has more than 20 years of experience in human resources across a variety of industries in the non-profit, private and public sectors. She attended Wayne State University (Detroit) where she was awarded a BSc degree in human development and psychology. Mrs. Peters also earned an MBA from Trinity College, University of Dublin (Ireland). Ms. Peters is a SPHR – Senior Professional in Human Resources (2003) and a SHRM SCP – Senior Certified Professional (2015). Taking an occasional timeout from the demands of human resources, Ms. Peters also volunteers at the Churchill Animal Protection Society – walking dogs and socializing cats.

Kelly J. Messinger —
Clinic Manager CCN

Kelly has been in the management role for the last 25 years. Her journey started in the medical field over 16 years ago where she has learned that she loves helping and caring for patients. She originally started as the front office and scheduling supervisor and now is the Care Center North Manager. Urology Nevada is a wonderful place to work and is very family oriented practice which carries over to their patient care.

Kelly is happily married and has two children and a grandson. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, when she isn’t work she enjoys playing softball on the company team and any outdoor activities.
