Meet our management team:
Michael Sanchez —
Practice Manager
Michael brings over 35 years healthcare management experience to the Urology Nevada Group. After transitioning to the civilian sector from 23 years in Navy healthcare, he has gained invaluable experience in corporate contracting, compliance, health care management in medical centers, ambulatory clinics, surgery centers and now our physician specialty practice group. Michael is driven daily to support the delivery of efficient, effective and compassionate care.
Michael and his wife Charlene are avid UNR fans and enjoy with pride following the successes of their three son’s and families who currently reside in Coronado CA, Turlock CA and Norfolk Virginia. Michael and Char also enjoy walking and exercise and frequently relax in the hot tub in the afternoons enjoying the beautiful downtown Reno view.

Kimberly Zielinski —
Care Center South Manager
Kim has worked in the health care field for the past 10 years and brings several years of human resource experience. Kim previously served as Administrative Assistant to the Practice Manager of Urology Nevada. She received her Associate of Arts degree from Truckee Meadows Community College and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management.
Kim is a lifetime Reno resident. Kim and her husband Larry enjoy going to movies with their children and spending time with family and friends.

Kimberly Gulling —
Care Center North Manager
Kimberly has been in management for over 14 years, with extensive leadership experience in the hospitality industry including serving as a Hotel Director. Kim has been instrumental in working with numerous company ventures from conception to sustained, successful and profitable operations. Kimberly was welcomed with open arms by Urology Nevada and is utilizing her superlative customer service, leadership skills and business knowledge to the appreciation of our patients and staff.
Kimberly has been married for 11 years and has two sons. Kimberly and her husband, Zakariah spend their time supporting the community and sons by volunteering with sporting activities at the local high school and with youth sports. Kimberly also enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, reading, and walking her two dogs.

Angie Hansen —
Care Center Damonte Ranch Manager
Angie began in the medical field working for a general physician and then ventured into surgery scheduling, first for a surgery center and then for nine general and vascular surgeons. Since coming on-board with Urology Nevada, Angie has worn the hats of receptionist, billing, surgery scheduling, and finally office manager for our Damonte Ranch Care Center.
She strongly believes that in her years of employment in the medical field, being here at Urology Nevada has been the best decision she has made, saying that the physicians have a great compassion and truly care for their patients.
Angie is a native Nevadan and lives in Spanish Springs, she has been married for 12 years and has two wonderful sons, Lorenzo and Logan. Angie and her family enjoy spending time with family and friends and camping in the summer.

Bruno Carlini —
Care Center Damonte Ranch/Radiation Oncology Manager
Bruno Carlini has been in Radiation Oncology for almost 20 years. He completed his training at the University of Southern California in 1992. During this long career, Bruno has worked both in both hospital and freestanding center settings as a staff therapist, locum tenen, and manager. As Cancer Center Manager, Bruno’s role is to make sure that all aspects of the Radiation Therapy department function properly and that all quality standards are met.
Bruno has been married for 10 years to wife Michelle and has two wonderful children named Angelo and Valentina. In his free time, Bruno is a musician who plays drums for his Church on Sundays and also enjoys skiing and hiking.
